Actionline recorded a growth of 124% in its sales operations, in the months from January to October of this year. The result was achieved thanks to the addition of Business Analytics and CRM services offered to customers in Brazil, which exponentially boosted the efficiency of their campaigns.
Even during a challenging period, caused by the new Coronavirus pandemic, the company guaranteed an increase in its revenue and, once again, it has been placed at a differential level in the Contact Center market.
