Rogério has over 10 years of experience in the analysis, development, and implementation of systems for Human Resources and Process Change, covering both the operational and cultural aspects of transformation.
Previously, he led the launch of operations and was responsible for talent acquisition for leading brands such as Natura Cosméticos, PEPSICO, Heineken, Claro, Souza Cruz, AMBEV, BV Financeira, and SUMUP.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
