Catalina oversees the ecosystem’s legal affairs and tax strategy in Latin America and the United States. She holds a degree in public accounting and law from UADE University, Buenos Aires, and a master’s in corporate law from UCA University, Buenos Aires.
Before joining Untold_, Ms. Serrano served as Head of Legal at Havas Media Group, where she oversaw all the group’s legal affairs, compliance and data protection in Argentina.
