Renata is a experienced professional in the transformation of service models with over 15 years of experience.
Previously, she was responsible of projects for companies such as iFood, Hyundai, Via Varejo, Itaú, BNP Paribas, Santander and Banco do Nordeste, among others. In addition, she has won several awards, the most recent being the SA 2020 Clients Award for the “Robot for BackOffice N1” case.
She has a law degree from Universidad Uninove.
