With vast experience in the commercial area and 20 years in the outsourcing market, in the areas of relations, marketing, technology and sales, Eduardo currently leads a team of executives focused on improving every stage of interaction between customers and brands through different channels such as phone, e-mail, chat, SMS, social media, and apps.
Eduardo holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, and an MBA in Service Marketing. He is passionate about people and innovation.
